This red Givry is a plot selection by the winemaker, who is looking for a wine that is both robust and delicate, with a bevy of small red fruits wrapped in silky tannins.

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domain rated 2*Stars (A serious and commendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
Passed on by his sons-in-law, this 14-hectare estate in the hamlet of Russilly, north of the Givry appellation, is managed by Jonathan Brunot, Denis Valdenaire's son-in-law. The grapes are mechanically harvested and optically sorted, and the vinification process is rather traditional, with long ageing.
