Domaine Bonnardot
In 2006, the two brothers Ludovic and Émilien took over the vineyards of the Bonnardot family estate. Since then, they have perpetuated their parents' know-how, transcribing the influence of terroirs into their wines while respecting the vines.

Vinification is sulfur-free and no oenological inputs are used at Domaine Bonnardot.

When harvest time comes at Domaine Bonnardot, the grapes are picked exclusively by hand to produce top-quality cuvées in various appellations (Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Pommard, Chassagne Montrachet, Santenay, Puligny Montrachet 1er cru, etc.).

"A lively Santenay".

The Santenay appellation produces mainly red wines, and white wines remain rather confidential. Nevertheless, Domaine Bonnardot has chosen to create the Cuvée Saint-Jean Blanc, a perfect reflection of the richness that a Chardonnay from this appellation can offer. Fresh and vigorous on the palate, with notes of citrus, yellow fruit and toasted hazelnuts. A real treat with mushroom risotto.
