This Mâcon-Villages is delicate and complex, with scents of hawthorn, acacia, white-fleshed fruit and delicious fruity notes. A dense, generous white, with hints of orange blossom and apricot, nuanced with subtle finesse. Already very seductive!

A wine that already has a pleasant roundness despite its relative youth. I tasted it as an aperitif, plain (of course!), and it's very pleasant to drink. It will no doubt be perfect with baked fish (that gives me some ideas...).
