Notes : Robert Parker 85/100
"The 2011 Pernand-Vergelesses comes from a small parcel of 0.24 hectares of vines. It reveals a nutty perfume and a smoky bouquet, while the palate offers a lovely attack and a light, rather phenolic finish. Very good. Drink now." (Wine Advocate August 2013 - Robert Parker). A dry, lively wine, quite light on the finish... Tasty!

About the domain :
RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Domaine rated (2014 guide) 2*Stars (These great estates, often blessed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves which, because of their consistency and the excellence of their production, must be included in the cellars of discerning wine lovers).
About the domain :
"Bruno Clair makes classic Burgundies that are young, lively and razor-sharp; they are often only understood after a few years' cellaring. They are immediately recognizable by their purity and long finish. The domaine has highlighted the terroirs of Marsannay as well as a fine series of Gevrey-Chambertins, including the magnificent Clos Saint-Jacques and the domaine's masterpiece: the elegant and refined Chambertin Clos de Bèze. The lesser-known whites are just as remarkable. The estate's consistency is commendable.
