"Taut and fleshy at the same time, Pouilly-Fuissé stands out for its beautiful class on the palate and well-controlled breeding." (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2015 - RVF). A fresh, elegant white on the nose, balanced on the palate with unctuous, slightly buttery notes. A bottle full of charm!

About the domain :
Jean-Jacques Parinet's ambitious and consistent renovation of the vineyard and winery is now delivering the expected results. Progress has been meteoric and production continues to dominate the appellation. He can rely on a talented team, made up of Édouard Parinet, their cellar master Brice Lafon and their communications manager Morgane Chambriard. A key player for the appellation and the region, and a formidable ambassador creating value and image in France and around the world.
RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Rated (2015 guide) 15.5/20 (Good wine)
Domaine rated (guide 2023) 1*Star (Stars in the making or quality winemakers with a good level of production, you won't be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)
About the wine:
Taut and fleshy at the same time, Pouilly-Fuissé stands out for its class on the palate and well-controlled ageing.
About the domain :
Since its acquisition by the Parinet family in 2009, this vast estate has invested considerable human resources in rejuvenating the wings of Moulin-à-Vent, like Château des Jacques in its day. In a modern Gamay style, with long, well-managed ageing in wood, the numerous parcel-based cuvées express the complexity and diversity of the soils. 2016 saw the arrival of the estate's first white vines (4.5 hectares) in the Mâcon and Pouilly-Fuissé appellations, under the name Roc des Boutires.
