Surely one of Saint-Véran's finest terroirs! Les Cras opens with aromas of fresh almond, citrus and white flowers. Both powerful and fresh on the palate, this white offers iodine and sea-spray notes that give it a very pure minerality. An excellent bargain!

An interesting discovery to accompany Roman parmesan ravioli. Taut, fairly vigorous on the palate, but with a certain fatness that ensures good balance.
