A rare wine, Savigny Blanc is also sometimes compared to its famous and close neighbor, Corton Charlemagne. Known for their liveliness in their youth, their mellowness emerges as they mature into harmonious, solid wines. They have a very pronounced terroir flavor, and the texture is rich, opulent and perfectly balanced. "Les Saucours" is a delicate, structured, full-bodied cuvée.

Develops aromas of yellow fruit (pear), white flowers (hawthorn) and hazelnut on the nose, then evolves towards mineral notes on the palate, with aromas of exotic fruit (kiwi, mango).

Well-structured, ample, the Chardonnay brings roundness, aromas and finesse, the Pinot Blanc adds fatness and fullness, an airy, elegant wine.
