Domaine Saint-Supéry
Domaine Saint-Supéry is part of Vins et Domaines Skalli, a family business established in 1920, and now run by Robert Skalli. Most of the group's business is based in the wine-growing regions of southern France: in the Rhône Valley, with the takeover of Maison Bouachon, wines now produced and sold under the Skalli Grand Vin name; Domaine du Silène in the Languedoc; and Domaine Saint-Supéry, nestled in the heart of California's Napa Valley.

Whatever the region, the vineyards are managed with the greatest care, with parcel-by-parcel selections, manual harvesting and low yields. Domaine Saint-Supéry wines are renowned for their high quality, vinified and matured according to the rules of the art, produced with respect for the different terroirs, each more qualitative than the last, that make up the viticultural palette of this extraordinary family.

4.5/5 (2 reviews)

Blended like a great Bordeaux, Cuvée Elu is an astonishing wine, with great depth of aroma and flavor, on coconut, blackberry and toasty-woody notes. Elegant, supple and finely balanced, with an explosion of ripe fruit and smooth tannins on the finish, this wine is not to be missed. A discovery from the Americas!

Domaine Saint-Supéry - Cabernet-Sauvignon 2003

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon ripened in the California sun, this rich, harmonious cuvée is a concentrate of cherry, blackcurrant and blueberry aromas. A great classic of Napa Valley Cabernets, it has aged beautifully in a 2003 vintage that brought together the best conditions for making a great wine. Enjoy it now!

Domaine Saint-Supéry - Sauvignon 2008

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes from which this cuvée is made are harvested at night and in the early morning hours of August and September, to preserve the fragile fruit aromas. Wonderful aromas of pink grapefruit, lime and honeysuckle, combined with a lively core of grapefruit, hints of pineapple, nectarine and lemongrass. An explosion of citrus for a very harmonious wine!
