Champagne Ayala
Maison Ayala, based in the village of Aÿ, was founded in 1860 by Edmond de Ayala. This family-run business soon exported to England, becoming the official supplier to the Crown, producing a very dry, low-dose Champagne for the Prince of Wales in 1865. This was the beginning of natural Champagne and the hallmark of the Maison Ayala.

In 2005, a wind of renewal blew through Maison Ayala, taken over by the famous Maison Bollinger. The style of the wines is always appreciated: precision, elegance and freshness. Today, Caroline Latrive, who joined in 2006 and has been cellar master since 2011, is the guarantor of the quality of our Chardonnay-based Champagnes.
