The Maison de Champagne Paul Clouet was founded in 1907 by the grandfather of Marie-Thérèse Clouet-Bonnaire, who now runs the estate with her husband Jean-Louis Bonnaire, a renowned winemaker from the Côte des Blancs.
The vineyards of Champagne Paul Clouet are located on the terroirs of Bouzy and Chouilly, both of which have been classified as one of Champagne's seventeen Grand Cru villages since 1895. Champagne Paul Clouet cultivates over 6 hectares of vines here.
The Paul Clouet Champagne House makes wines from the Pinot Noir grape variety, in the finest Champagne tradition. Today, these Champagnes have a worldwide reputation.

"Dominated by Pinot Noir, this seductive cuvée offers an expressive, beautifully fruity nose of red fruits with floral notes. On the palate, it's elegant, refreshing and very tasty right through to the finish. (Les Meilleurs Vins de France - Gault Millau). With a lovely Pinot Noble fragrance on the nose, this is a tender, racy Champagne with delicious fruitiness. A bottle made for the table, waiting to be discovered!
