Vinos de Arganza
Vinos de Arganza is a family estate founded by Victor Robla and his wife Angeles Varela, who have been perpetuating the art of wine-making from generation to generation, using the best of tradition and modern techniques.

The main grape variety used in Vinos de Arganza is Mencia, which produces bright red wines with violet highlights, aromatic and velvety. For whites, the Godello variety produces straw-colored wines with aromas of ripe fruit and flowers. The Vinos de Arganza includes 2000 barrels of French and American oak.

"The 2008 Lagar de Robla Premium spent 18 months in American oak barrels. It is more complex than the other Mencia, displaying density, opulence and length. This wine-pleaser can be enjoyed now, and will be good to drink for a decade." (Wine Advocate June 2011 - Robert Parker)
