"The 2014 is very tender, showing the austerity of stony vineyards with chalky soils and a myriad of Mediterranean herbs. The harvest is partially de-stemmed, which gives it a fine extra touch and makes it subtly textured. It has the dusty tannins and saline flavor of chalky soils. This is superb value and a great introduction to Alicante's Monastrell; the price is implausible." (Wine Advocate 2016 - Robert Parker)
