"A light, gourmet Touraine, perfect as an aperitif".

This charming red harmoniously blends Cabernet Franc, Côt and Pineau d'Aunis grapes, with a nose of red fruits reminiscent of Morello cherry and raspberry. A supple, fruity, well-balanced wine, with a finish of delicately spicy white pepper (characteristic of Pineau d'Aunis).

Clean and crisp, with delicious freshness and chalky minerality. Wonderful balance and elegance, with the lightness of texture that Chenin achieves in Montlouis. The finish is savory and saline.
