Also dark in color, it boasts a seductive bouquet of wood smoke, exotic spices, incense, lavender, blueberry and black cherry. In the glass, it's opulent, full of sweet fruit and volume. "The opaque purple Celler Besllum Xabec 2008 is a blend of 50% Cariñena and 50% Grenache aged in French oak barrels for 14 months. Aromas of toast, mineral, lavender, black cherry, plum and licorice on an already complex nose, a concentrated Montsant.
