"The opaque purple Celler Besllum Xabec 2008 is a blend of 50% Cariñena and 50% Grenache aged in French oak barrels for 14 months. Aromas of toast, mineral, lavender, black cherry, plum and licorice on an already complex nose, a concentrated Montsant. I really liked this wine, powerful but still fruity, similar to Roussillon wines. 2nd bottle and even better with a spicy curry dish!
