Bodegas Pazo de Senorans
At Pazo de Senorans, you're transported back to 19th-century rural Galicia! The winery is a magnificent example of an ancestral Galician residence, built with all the charm and nobility of past centuries. Located in Vilanovina, Pazo de Senorans is at the heart of the Rias Baixas appellation, which is characterized by low-lying land near the sea, with mild temperatures and high rainfall. These climatic conditions, combined with acidic soils, give the grapes their unique aromatic character and freshness.

Since its beginnings in Rias Baixas, Pazo de Senorans has had a clear objective: to produce a serious wine that truly reflects the characteristics of the land and its riches. Today, the wines are renowned for their exceptional quality, the fruit of a rigorous and meticulous selection process at harvest time, and an exemplary vineyard in terms of management.

"The impressive Albariño Seleccion de Añada 2009 seems quite young, complex, nuanced and harmonious, with evolved aromas mixed with primary sensations that remain after all these years, as well as more complex notes of lees, smoke and gunflint. The nose reveals scents of grapefruit skin on aeration. The palate is even more complex, with superb depth and a range of flavors that linger after swallowing. This is the best vintage to remember." This Albarino reveals ripe fruit, apple and citrus aromas on the nose, accompanied by a delicate floral bouquet that develops after a few minutes. Round, extremely well-balanced with superb length, it offers a very long finish... A lovely Spanish white not to be missed!
