This extraordinary nectar, made from sugar-laden grapes, catches the eye with its brilliant golden-yellow color and syrupy texture. Its complex, exotic nose reveals intense notes of apricot, citrus and melon, complemented by dried nuts. On the palate, its rich, dense texture envelops the palate with notes of dried fruit and nuts, followed by a touch of caramel and vanilla. Sweetness is balanced by biting acidity. An exceptional wine!

Dehydrated raisins, harvested in baskets called "puttonyos", form a very compact must called "aszu", which is blended with freshly pressed juice. Maceration begins. 5 puttonyos means that 5 baskets of raisins are added, giving the sugar content.

Drunk on 31/12/19. Golden straw color; citrus nose. Very long mouthfeel of candied orange. Present acidity encompasses the fat and avoids the sensation of heaviness. Great length, it's magnificent.
