The Scagliola brothers, Maggiorino and Mario, come from an ancient family of winegrowers, and inherited a small vineyard on a hillside in the commune of San Siro, near the town of Calosso, in the center of the province of Asti. Although this is one of the regions with the greatest concentration of vineyards in Italy, the Scagliolas have preserved the reputation of Asti wines through the quality of their work. Meticulous vineyard management and undeniable expertise in winemaking enable this estate to produce excellent, award-winning red wines.
