Antonella Corda
South Sardinia, a few kilometers from Cagliari, Antonella Corda took over the reins of the family estate in 2010. An agronomist specializing in vineyard management, she grew up surrounded by vines, Antonella Corda inherited from his parents, who instilled in him a love of the land and a passion for the profession.

Antonella Corda has transformed the estate's cellar, creating a boutique offering Sardinian wines worthy of the name, in both white and red, including the fine appellations Cagliari DOC, Sardegna DOC and Isola dei Nuraghi IGT.

"A true delight" according to Vert de Vin, this 100% Cannonau will make you travel!"

"A wine that smells of raspberry and hibiscus tea. Intensely sweet raspberries and strawberries fill the mid-palate, surrounded by a moonlit haze of white pepper dust and rose petals. Fine tannins. Something wildly spicy and fleshy, in the sanguine style. Quite distinctive, and despite all the complexity and texture that fills the mouth, the wine finishes as fine and ethereal as a silk scarf. Certified organic (Ecocert) 2023-2027" (Jancis Robinson 2023)

"A panoramic nose, with a variety of red fruits and berries standing out, complemented by notes of roses, violets and fresh pine. Medium-bodied, with plenty of depth and complexity. Silky tannins. Finely tuned intensity keeps the palate moving. Smoky finish. Superb. Best after 2024." (James Suckling 2022)

"A true tribute to the Italian grape variety Vermentino!

"Ziru" is the ancient local name for the jars used to preserve oil and wine. This wine has a long maceration, is aged in earthen jars and is naturally unfiltered. It smells of honey, heady, like the warm, thick perfume of many linden trees in bloom. There's honeysuckle, the buzz of a big, lazy bee and richness, a wine that has the sensuality of a sleepy summer afternoon. Golden and honeyed, but with a wonderful thick, creamy bitterness underpinning it all; folded, dimensional, expressing itself in space, like a rich, broken-textured impasto painting on a raw linen canvas stretched across a frame. Lanolin and aloe, freesia and baked pear, candied grapefruit peel, bay leaf, luminous lemon leaf. Absolutely gorgeous. 2022-2027" (Jancis Robinson 2023)
