Azienda Bisol has been a family estate for over five centuries, located in the heart of the Prosecco appellation and in the Cartizze cru.
Azienda Bisol owns 20 of the appellation's finest plots, located at an average altitude of 300m on a terroir of clay soils from Treviso and stony soils from the Friuli region, with a generally cool climate typical of upper northeastern Italy.
Azienda Bisol wines are generally full-bodied on the palate, with notes of apple and nuances of yellow fruit, with finesse and lightness.
