About the wine:

Soave Classico 2021 bursts from the glass with an intense explosion of tart citrus, crushed stone, sea spray and bitter melon. Its medium-bodied texture spreads across the palate, nicely contrasted by a reverberation of sweet, acidic green citrus and zesty vivacity. Granny Smith apples and exotic flowers follow through to the finish, which unexpectedly carries over to the 2021. Wait, this is an entry-level Soave Classico? Bravo.
