About the wine:
The 2021 Soave Classico bursts from the glass with an intense burst of tangy citrus, crushed rocks, sea spray and bitter melon. Its medium-bodied texture spreads across the palate, nicely contrasted by a reverberation of sweet and sour green citrus and a zesty liveliness. Granny Smith apples and exotic flowers follow through the finish, which unexpectedly lingers with the 2021. Wait, this is an entry-level Soave Classico? Bravo.
