Stefano Accordini
Azienda Agricola Stefano Accordini is deeply rooted in Italy's Veneto region, where the estate's founders were first tenant farmers, then landowners, and finally winemakers. Azienda Stefano Accordini is run by Stefano himself, assisted by his wife Giuseppina and two sons, Tiziano and Daniele. The vineyard extends over 4 hectares located in Negrar, in the heart of Valpolicella, in an area called Bessole, and benefits from a south-east exposure and well-balanced soil components.

Traditional techniques are employed at Azienda Agricola Stefano Accordini to produce a wine of the highest level, Valpolicella Classico Superiore. The winery is located in the heart of classic Valpolicella, in Pedemonte, and is equipped with the most modern winemaking technology. Great care is also taken with bottle ageing: this process is considered of paramount importance in guaranteeing the right balance in the evolution of the wine.

The Accordini family is also well known for its friendliness, and visitors are always welcome at Azienda Agricola Stefano Accordini to taste wines typical of the area.

This Valpolicella Classico is a red made to be drunk young, fresh and fruity. King Theodoric considered it one of Italy's finest. The finest tribute to it was paid by Ernest Hemingway in one of his novels, where he speaks of it with great affection: "It is dry, red and friendly like a brother's home." What a reference!

A most seductive Amarone Della Valpolicella , with a rich, concentrated bouquet of candied fruit and a hint of vanilla. A gourmet wine, velvety and creamy, very persistent on the palate, with a very pleasant note of hazelnut on the finish... To be discovered!
