"An original and balanced Chardonnay that will appeal to all lovers of discovery!"

Made from Chardonnay grapes, Arrogance takes us on a journey from the very first sniff, with delicate notes of hazelnut, dried straw, and acacia. The discovery continues on the palate, with the same honeyed aromas accompanied by small white fruits, a roundness balanced by citrus notes, and a hint of saltiness on the finish.

Winery rated 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, consistent with what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

He represents the tenth generation of Badoz in Poligny. Trained at the Beaune wine school, he returned to the estate in 2003 and inaugurated the winery in 2004. It took him a while to switch to organic farming, but certification was obtained in 2019. The estate's vineyards are located in the Roussots and Grands Roussots areas. Half of the estate is planted with Savagnin, but that doesn't mean the reds should be overlooked. He pushes the barrel aging a little too far on some vintages.
