A Chardonnay-based product, Arrogance takes us on a journey right from the nose, which opens with delicate notes of hazelnut, dried straw and acacia. The discovery continues on the palate, with honeyed aromas, accompanied by small white fruits, a roundness that balances out with citrus notes and a saline touch on the finish.

About the domain :
He represents the tenth generation of Badoz at Poligny. Trained at the Lycée Viticole de Beaune, he returned to the domaine in 2003 and inaugurated the winery in 2004. It took some time to go organic, but certification was obtained in 2019. The domaine's vineyards are located in the Roussots and Grands Roussots districts. Half of the estate is planted with Savagnin, which doesn't mean you have to neglect the reds. On some cuvées, he takes barrel ageing a step further.
