"The red lias marl from which this Trousseau comes is much less pronounced in color. The color, between blackcurrant and violet, is brilliant. The nose is still closed, but already delivers some lovely notes of cherry, blackberry and a little spice. Round and inviting, the palate opens with strawberry and finishes with morello cherry.
