This golden-yellow Chardonnay opens with a nose of hazelnut and white fruit. On the palate, it is supple, full-bodied and round, expressing elegance and finesse. Aged for 3 years in oak barrels, including one year under veil, this atypical cuvée marvelously combines the freshness of Chardonnay with the intensity of ageing. A wine for connoisseurs!

This particular cuvée comes from a plot planted with Chardonnay and Savagnin. In Banode, it expresses aromas of walnut and curry, with an intense, fat, taut mouthfeel. The time spent maturing in unoaked barrels has allowed the grape varieties to grow harmoniously, resulting in an original and exceptional cuvée.
