Winemaking

Direct pressing followed by cold settling. Fermentation (each grape variety vinified separately) in 600-liter demi-muids. Daily stirring of the lees. No malolactic fermentation.

Breeding

9 months in 600-litre demi-muids (30% new, 35% 1 wine, 35% 2 wines)

Brilliant pale gold color. Attractive nose combining vanilla, white-fleshed fruit, honeysuckle. Silky attack, round, ample, concentrated palate that reveals intensity and a spicy note. Homogeneous, taut, full-bodied for the table.
