Fermented and aged for 76 months in new oak barrels, it is a wine of exceptional richness, anachronistic and timeless. An incredible, unconventional sweet wine, the only one of its kind in France!

Nothing more, high quality/price ratio when you know what can be done with sweet wines elsewhere, yet I'm a fan of Ravanès!

Incredible! Beyond the technical tour de force involved in making this sweet wine, it's the intensity of its aromas that surprises. It exceeds in complexity many of the old Sauternes or Tokay wines I've drunk, with a grape variety that is unusual for this type of wine... It's a discovery. Better still! A revelation!
