Hachette
"A favorite in the previous edition with its 2014 Tradition cuvée, the Antech house is doing just as well this year with this crystalline Grande Réserve, with its fine, plentiful bubbles. On the nose, fresh apple mingles with mirabelle plum and white flowers, with a touch of mineral on top. This aromatic complexity is echoed on the palate, which is full of finesse and elegance, fresh and lively". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins de France 2018)

Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (guide 2024) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
Françoise Antech-Gazeau is the masterful head of this successful trading house, which has made sparkling wines its specialty for six generations. Nearly a million bottles are produced each year. A wide range of very consistent, high-quality wines, with a clear focus on purity, minerality and balanced freshness. The mauzac-based cuvée M30 impressed us with its formidable aperitif capacity.

A vineyard owner, a family business for six generations, now run by Françoise Antech, following in the footsteps of her father Georges and uncle Roger. A sure bet, specializing in Limoux bubbles.

Beautiful, fine bubbles accompany a fresh, fruity nose of apple and white fruit. The palate is sapid and long without being exuberant. it's very well vinified.
