Château Pech-Latt
Château Pech-Latt is an immense estate of 350 hectares, including 160ha of vines, mainly classified as AOP Corbières. The vineyards of Château Pech-Latt, set in a cirque of hills at the foot of the Alaric mountain range, are located on a unique terroir with a rich and varied biodiversity. Today, Château Pech-Latt is embarking on a new chapter in its history, with the arrival of the estate's new manager, Marc-Simon Boyer, who draws on the estate's heritage, while bringing a rigorous approach to the work carried out by men and women from the vineyard to the cellar.

Château Pech-Latt is one of the pioneers of organic farming (Ecocert since 1990). The vines are sparingly fertilized, using only organic fertilizers. Insecticides, chemical weed killers and all other synthetic phytosanitary products are banned.

With an intense nose of violets and ripe fruit, this red Corbières is smooth on the palate. Slightly amylic at the moment, it will develop notes of pepper and liquorice over time... Lots of pleasure ahead!

15/20 RVF

"A blend of Syrah (60%) and Grenache. The deep color heralds a generous wine; wild, powerful scents, then a full-bodied, solid 'second string rugby'; muscle, then, with a hint of rusticity on the finish that will fade with age." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2016). An elegant yet powerful wine, with a long, persistent finish, the flagship of the estate!

A fruity, delicate, fine white Corbières that skilfully combines roundness and freshness. A typically Mediterranean white, worthy representative of the terroir from which it comes, endowed with fine length. Enjoy with grilled fish, stuffed mussels or fresh goat's cheese, for example...
