Pech-Latt Castle
Château Pech-Latt is a huge 350-hectare estate, including 160 hectares of vineyards, most of which are classified as AOP Corbières. The Château Pech-Latt vineyard, nestled in a circle of hills at the foot of the Alaric mountain, is located on a unique terroir, marked by rich and varied biodiversity. Today, Château Pech-Latt is embarking on a new chapter in its history with the arrival of its new manager, Marc-Simon Boyer, who is drawing on the estate's heritage while bringing a rigorous approach to his work, supported by the men and women who work in the vineyards and the cellar.

Château Pech-Latt is one of the pioneers of organic farming (Ecocert since 1990). The vines are fertilized sparingly and only with organic fertilizers. Insecticides, chemical weed killers, and any other synthetic plant protection products are prohibited.
