Note: Gault Millau 15/20
"We appreciate this summer wine par excellence, which can also be enjoyed all year round with fine spicy dishes. It will enrich them with its volume, its beautiful acidity, which perfectly complements a pretty fruity aromatic framework (raspberry, strawberry, redcurrant) and notes of speculos. With seafood, it will offer its unique character". (Les Meilleurs Vins de France 2012 - Gault Millau)

About the domain :

Since the 1970s, this certified organic estate has been one of the jewels in the appellation's crown, appearing in the Guide with unfailing regularity. Boasting a magnificent terroir of 70 small schist parcels (58 ha) that sculpt the landscape, today it benefits from the know-how of the younger generation, inherited from grandfather Jean and father Bernard Vidal, both former presidents of the appellation.
