Carefully vinified by Pierre Caizergues, this Chenin Blanc from the heart of the Aude Valley is light and delicate. Its aromas of white flowers pear and peach. The palate is harmonious and delicate, combining freshness and lightness. No wood ageing here, but the pure expression of Chenin for a fine everyday wine. A lovely, well-made summer wine !
