"Small-scale production
Produced in small quantities, this is a creamy, unctuous white with aromas of ripe apricot, exotic notes and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, the fruit is dense and delicious, with honey and vanilla notes at the center. Tension brings balance and good length to the finish.

Manual in 10 kg crates
Winemaking
Pressing in small pneumatic presses, 100% fermentation in new barrels. After a slight settling, the wine ferments naturally at 20°C.
Breeding
10 months on fine lees in 225L barrels with regular stirring of the lees
