"A maritime wine of great finesse, not to be missed!"

Freshness and smoothness perfectly describe this fine white wine. From a sandy terroir facing the sea spray, the vines produce a surprisingly powerful wine with a lively, slightly saline finish. Perfect chilled as an aperitif or kir, or chilled to enhance fish and shellfish.

A wine without amplitude for a vinification under bâtonnage, which should develop the aromas. Unattractive q/p ratio. The lack of acidity (especially if the wine warms up in the glass) does not give it the structure to accompany oysters, seafood...
