This Mediterranean cuvée, a blend of 85% Vermentino and 15% Viognier, is characterized by its delicate, expressive allure. On the palate, it's smooth and round, with mineral tones and a long finish. A fine white to accompany scallops or salmon tartare.

This Mediterranean cuvée, with its blend of 90% Vermentino and 10% Viognier, presents beautiful notes of evolution. The palate is suave and round, with a nice fatness and buttery tones. A real effort in the cellar is to be commended. This fine white should be served with creamy poultry, for example. A Languedoc white that's off the beaten track!
