"Vinified without sulfites and with indigenous yeasts, then aged for 12 months in wood, this Quatourze seduces with its complexity of fruit, spice and a hint of kirsch. On the palate, a consistent body, animated by firm tannins and invigorated by a beautiful freshness, with a pleasant astringency to finish. A lively, elegant, well-typed wine". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2021) A pure Languedoc!

Cité Hachette

This Mediterranean cuvée, with its blend of 90% Vermentino and 10% Viognier, presents beautiful notes of evolution. The palate is suave and round, with a nice fatness and buttery tones. A real effort in the cellar is to be commended. This fine white should be served with creamy poultry, for example. A Languedoc white that's off the beaten track!
