Despite being vinified and aged in barrels, Limoux Blanc has a lovely aromatic freshness. The woodiness has taken on a patina, as if to give way to minerality. Delicate notes of almond and white fruit bring richness and complexity to this wine, ready to be enjoyed at its very best!

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (2020 guide) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
Julia Hubrich and Julien Gil are two young, passionate winegrowers who set up on a rocky plateau at the gateway to the Limoux appellation less than ten years ago. They cultivate and vinify their nine hectares in the most natural way possible: "it's not the cellar that improves the wine, but the work of the man in the vineyard". We can't help but admire the progress and coherence of the estate's wines, which have become unmissable.
Guide Hachette des vins
Domaine noté (guide 2021) Award-winning wines (The wines of this producer are regularly awarded by the guide)
About the domain :
Two young winemakers and a young estate, created in 2006. Originally from Dresden, Julia trained in Montpellier and Bordeaux. As for Julien, a native of the South of France with a passion for cooking and wine from his early teens, he took a detour to the Médoc to learn the trade. The couple began by "saving" 2 ha of old Carignan vines that were due to be grubbed up, and then acquired vines in the Limoux AOC. A total of 10 ha.
