Note and review by M. GILLES D. Published on 15/07/2024

Discover this terroir wine with its slightly rustic, surprisingly invigorating tone. Juicy and supple on the palate, it unfurls a farandole of dapper flavors of omnipresent fresh red fruit on a base of chalky acidity that ensures liveliness and precision. The lovely freshness of the fruit carries through to a finish that's more salivating than powerful. Although still in its youth, this characterful Minervois was served for the July 14th family meal with a leg of lamb "méchoui" style, with fresh mint and a mix of pdt, tomatoes and black olives. Score = 3.8.
