"Elegance is the watchword for this cuvée, unanimously acclaimed by the jury. Fine and precise, the palate distils gourmet notes of blueberries and red berries with a perfectly refreshing herbal touch. In the same vein, with small, crisp tannins and fine acidity, the palate exudes fruit and suppleness, with a stimulating hint of bitterness on the finish. Precise, clean and irresistibly greedy, this is an exemplary, energetic Minervois". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2020) A fine representative of the appellation!

About the wine:
Elegance is the watchword for this Favorite cuvée, unanimously acclaimed by the jury. Fine and precise, the palate distils gourmet notes of blueberries and red berries with a perfectly refreshing herbal touch. In the same vein, with small, crisp tannins and fine acidity, the palate exudes fruit and suppleness, with a stimulating hint of bitterness on the finish. Precise, clean and irresistibly delicious, this is an exemplary, energetic Minervois.
About the domain :
Established in the south-east of the Minervois appellation on a particularly hot, arid mourrels terroir, this 30-hectare estate takes its name from a martyr venerated by the great-grandparents who founded the vineyard. Thierry Bonnel joined the estate in 1996 and built a new winery in 2002.

Always a lot of pleasure with this subtle wine that takes us to the garrigue but reserves a touch of freshness on the finish. It's so good!
