Château Maris
Visit Château Maris is a 45-hectare vineyard located in La Livinière, now a Minervois cru. In 1997, the estate was acquired by Robert Eden, son of Anthony Eden, Winston Churchill's minister and also famous for having visited many vineyards around the world. In 2004, Château Maris is Biodyvin-certified and entirely biodynamically farmed, producing fresh, balanced wines of the highest quality. With a real commitment to sustainable development, the Château Maris is of plant-based construction (hemp brick) and features ovoid vats. The Minervois La Livinière appellation covers just 270 hectares.
