Visit Barroubio estate is named after the plateau Barroubio on which it is located, a coast surrounded by combes (small canyons) with a south-facing exposure at an altitude of between 200 and 300 meters. Located in the Hérault department in the commune of Saint Jean de Minervois, west of Saint Chinian, the Barroubio estate the rarest of the vins doux naturels, the Muscat from Saint Jean de MinervoisThe appellation covers less than 200 hectares, and is shared by just six estates and a cooperative winery.

Since 2000, Raymond Miquel has been at the helm of the 60-hectare family estate. He cultivates 27 hectares of vines, 17 hectares of which are devoted to muscat petit grain, the star of the Muscat de Saint Jean de Minervois appellation and dedicated to making the famous vin doux naturel and a dry white wine, as well as grenache, syrah and carignan for the rosé and red wines completing the AOC Minervois range.
