"Cuvée Bleue is a true Barroubio in its complexity and delicate aromas: an extraordinary garden with heady aromas of rose, hawthorn and lime blossom. Perfect balance, sweetness and elegance, soft and loose shapes, intensity and refinement, evocations of apricot sorbet invigorated by a sprig of mint: a rare harmony". About the wine:
The complexity and delicacy of Cuvée bleue's aromas are Barroubio hallmarks: an extraordinary garden of heady rose, hawthorn and lime blossom. Perfect balance, sweetness and elegance, soft and loose shapes, intensity and refinement, evocations of apricot sorbet toned with a sprig of mint: a rare harmony.
About the domain :
The family has been established in the Minervois since the end of the 15th century. Established in 2000, Raymond Miquel farms 60 ha, of which 31 ha are dedicated to vines. A benchmark for Muscat-de-saint-jean-de-Minervois, the estate also produces interesting reds in the Minervois AOC.

Good Muscat, certainly harmonious as noted by Hachette, but lacking a little character.
