Mas Foulaquier is owned by Pierre Jéquier and Blandine Chauchat, and their partners. It is located in the northern part of the Pic Saint Loup cru zone, and comprises a large 10-hectare plot of hillside vines managed using certified biodynamic methods.
Mas Foulaquier wines are fresh, delicious and authentic, in both red and white.

Mas Foulaquier - L'Oiseau blanc 2014
Made from Clairette and Vermentino (Rolle) grapes, and vinified in vats, L'Oiseau Blanc has a golden color and a highly aromatic nose, both fresh and complex, with citrus and white-fleshed fruit aromas. Its freshness on the palate makes it a perfect accompaniment to a bouillabaisse, for example...
