"Cuvée identitaire

This parcel-based cuvée reveals a cru with an original character of the exceptional clay-limestone terroir. The nose is marked by aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, morello cherry, black pepper. Luscious and intense on the palate, with silky tannins and complex notes of black fruit fruit and spice. Built on 80% Syrah, this rich, harmonious cuvée reveals all the power of the Languedoc. Its racy nose evokes black fruits and berries, violets and black olives, with lovely woody notes, smoky, balsamic and undergrowth notes. Complex, the palate is concentrated, full-bodied and spicy. A very fine expression of the Pic!
