Domaine La Madura
Domaine La Madura is a small vineyard in Saint-Chinian, which can be described as a mosaic vineyard due to its great diversity of soils, grape varieties, altitudes and microclimates. This is one of the property's key assets. Nadia and Cyril Bourgne left their home region of Bordeaux, convinced of the high quality of the Languedoc terroirs, to take over Domaine La Madura, which is certified organic and of high environmental value.

The Domaine La Madura vineyard is made up of a number of parcels of vines covering a total area of around 12.5 hectares. This diversity is one of Domaine La Madura 's main assets, enabling us to produce a wide range of wines whose complementarities are particularly interesting when it comes to blending. The estate produces various Languedoc appellations: AOC Saint-Chinian, AOC Coteaux du Languedoc and Vin de Pays d'Oc.

"A charming, elegant cuvée, perfect with southern dishes".

"Classic 2021 is a clear success, an expression of wild raspberry and spices on the nose and palate, a wine full of delicacy. The tannins are very well integrated and there's a juicy sensation on the finish with a hint of garrigue." (Le Guide RVF 2024)

"A fine balance between freshness and fatness for this airy white, an easy, accessible cuvée to enjoy with the arrival of fine weather".

Classic Blanc, a unique blend of Sauvignon and Piquepoul, offers a highly distinctive aromatic profile, combining aromas of white peach, apricot and quince paste with notes of toasted almonds. On the palate, the attack is round, with a finish prolonged by acidic freshness.

"Ripe black cherries, sorrel leaf and wild basil on the nose. Superb plush black fruit in an elegant garrigue and stone costume. Enchantingly fresh, tight, finely crafted. Incredibly fat but with fine acidity. This racy wine can still be enjoyed in a few years' time." (Jancis Robinson 2020)

Grand Vin reveals a rich, elegant bouquet of smoky, slightly resinous notes, white flowers, sweet almond, rose... This complexity is repeated on the palate, supported by good volume and refreshing acidity. "More interesting and personal" (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2018 - RVF)
