Château de Jonquières is a family-run wine estate. Since its foundation in the 12th century, it has been passed down from generation to generation without ever being sold. Without forgetting the richness of this heritage, the young couple Charlotte and Clément de Béarn (the 32nd generation), very engaging and passionate, are revitalizing the estate step by step: conversion to organic farming in 2013, replanting of hedges, launch of an original cuvée, planting of vines using massal selection (vines from ancient genetic heritage), choice of a contemporary visual identity, organization of a summer ephemeral restaurant in association with a Montpellier chef and Wine & Jazz evenings.
