Domaine Loic Mahé
Passionate and talented, Loic Mahé runs his domaine with a simple working philosophy: to accompany the work of nature to produce balanced, authentic wines, each expressing the typicity of the Gué d'Orger terroirs: sandstone schists, schist alterations, Aeolian sands, phtanites.

The vineyards of Domaine Loic MahéWith just 5 hectares of vines, our vineyard is certified by Ecocert for organic farming. This requires a lot of hard work in the vineyards, always seeking the best balance for the harmonious development of the plant and its fruit.

Visit Domaine Loic Mahé keeps its soils alive and its environment preserved thanks to tillage, the exclusion of all chemical products and fertilizers, the use of biodynamic preparations, and limited yields (30-35 hl/ha) to allow a natural concentration of matter in the fruit. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, vinified naturally to continue the spirit of the work begun in the vineyard, and fermented slowly using indigenous yeasts, with no chaptalization and little sulfur, and aged in oak barrels or small containers.

"Lively and mineral

In a vintage marked by freshness, this cuvée is lively and mineral. The nose opens with powerful notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruit. Tension from the outset defines a structured, straightforward and saline palate. A Savennières to discover with fine food!
