Gault & Millau
"This is a dry, very dry Anjou. Flavors bursting with citrus fruits, very incisive and long-lasting, awaken our taste buds. The firm, straightforward chewiness takes over, thanks to a lively finish. (Les Meilleurs Vins de France - Gault Millau). An elegant, fine white, with a silky texture and balance that hangs on a thread. Good acidity and little fat promote a fine mineral tension on the finish... A real treat!

About the wine:
Taut, energetic and saline, this great dry white Anjou has great potential.

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Domaine noté (guide 2019) Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the domain :
Roger-François Béguinot, who made his fortune in baby food, and his wife fell in love with Château Soucherie in 2007. This 28-hectare estate is ideally situated on a south-facing schist slope between Beaulieu and Rochefort, in the Anjou, Savennières, Coteaux du Layon and Chaume appellations.
