One of the rising stars of the coteaux-du-giennois appellation. Florian Roblinson of a livestock farmer from Beaulieu-sur-Loire, took up winegrowing in 2008, starting with a small, one-hectare plot once cultivated by his grandfather. A few plantings later, he now cultivates a small area of 3 ha, spread over 2 parcels: champ-gibault on flinty clay and coulée-des-moulins on white earth, currently undergoing organic conversion.
Florian Roblin has put the Coteaux du Giennois on the map, inspired by his mentors Alphonse Mellot, François Villard and Jean-Louis Trapper.
Florian Roblin 's wines are fresh, precise, gourmet and very carefully matured.
