In its sparkling, golden color, "just right", this cuvée reveals a nose of fresh fruit, with a beautiful minerality, a combination of subtle acidity and sapid purity. The style oscillates between a lovely sensation of sweetness and refreshing purity. It's been described as "a Chardonnay for people who are fed up with Chardonnay...". You be the judge!

Lovely Chardonnay nose, but disappointing on the palate. Bitterness on the finish and alcohol content of the bottle not in line with the technical data sheet.
