"This demi-sec comes from a parcel of vines where bustards, those big birds, have been nesting every year for ages. On the wine side, a golden Montlouis with green highlights and an expressive nose, blending floral, fruity and woody notes from the fermentation barrels. Aromas are accompanied by candied lemon anda hint of bitterness on the finish, in a well-balanced palate ". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2020)A bottle that's the perfect accompaniment to festive and spicy dishes!

About the wine:
This demi-sec comes from a parcel of vines where bustards, those big birds, have been nesting every year for ages. On the wine side, a golden Montlouis with green highlights and an expressive nose, blending floral and fruity aromas with the woodiness of fermentation barrels. Aromas accompanied by candied lemon and a hint of bitterness on the finish, in a well-balanced mouthfeel.
About the domain :
After studying at Beaune's "Viti" and spending 2 years at La Croix Mélier intermittently with his former job as an actor, in 2017 Philippe Ivancic took over from Pascal Berthelot and his 12.5 ha of vines, which he cultivates with his wife Dominique. Currently undergoing organic conversion.
