"Aged 9 months in barrel, this wine, named in tribute to the migratory birds that sometimes nest on the plot, is a deep straw yellow with impeccable limpidity. The expressive nose is reminiscent of peach and quince, with floral scents and some more vegetal notes. Long and balanced on the palate, with exotic fruits and a citrus finish. True to the appellation, this demi-sec is a real "coup de coeur".(Le Guide Hachette 2022)

About the wine:

Aged 9 months in barrel, this wine, named in tribute to the migratory birds that sometimes nest on the plot, is a deep straw yellow with impeccable limpidity. The expressive nose is reminiscent of peach and quince, with floral scents and some more vegetal notes. Long and balanced on the palate, with exotic fruits and a citrus finish. True to the appellation, this demi-sec is a real crowd-pleaser.

About the domain :

After studying at Beaune's "Viti" and spending 2 years at La Croix Mélier intermittently with his former job as an actor, in 2017 Philippe Ivancic took over from Pascal Berthelot and his 12.5 ha of vines, which he cultivates with his wife Dominique. Currently undergoing organic conversion.
